1. Scope of Services

Homeify Automation provides turn-key architectural smart home engineering, including hardware procurement, CAD pre-wiring schematics, installation, system programming, network configuration, and continuous maintenance for residential and commercial estates.

2. Site Readiness & Electrical Provisions

The client is responsible for providing stable primary mains electrical supply, neutral wiring at electrical switch gang boxes (where required by DALI or wired bus protocols), and high-speed broadband connection during final commissioning.

3. Warranty & Hardware Coverage

All hardware installed by Homeify carries standard manufacturer warranties ranging from 1 to 3 years. Homeify warrants labor and wiring terminations for a period of 12 months from the date of formal client sign-off.

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from lightning surges exceeding rated MOV suppressor limits, external physical trauma, water inundation beyond IP specifications, or unauthorized third-party tampering.

4. Service Agreements & 24/7 Diagnostics

Clients subscribed to Homeify Sentinel Care receive priority dispatch, annual firmware optimization, and proactive diagnostic monitoring. Remote support sessions are conducted exclusively over encrypted tunnels with user-approved tokens.

5. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
