At Homeify Automation, we believe your home is your ultimate private sanctuary. We never sell, monetize, or inspect your private video streams, biometric facial identifiers, or daily occupancy habits.
1. Information We Collect
When you engage Homeify for architectural smart home consulting, installation, or system servicing, we may collect:
- Contact details (Name, email address, telephone number, and residential city).
- Architectural CAD floor plans and device distribution schematics.
- System diagnostic telemetry (Network uptime, controller firmware versions, and zigbee/z-wave signal strength).
2. Biometric and Video Stream Security
All biometric smart locks (facial recognition, 3D fingerprint scans) process telemetry locally on encrypted hardware chips. Raw biological images are mathematically hashed and never transferred outside your local secure residential controller.
Camera feeds are recorded onto your private local Network Attached Storage (NAS) or encrypted client vaults. Homeify staff cannot access your camera streams without your explicit on-site authorization.
3. Network Isolation & VLAN Security
During system commissioning, Homeify engineers configure dedicated Virtual Local Area Networks (VLANs). Smart IoT appliances remain isolated from your personal computers, banking devices, and guest mobile devices, preventing unauthorized external access.
4. Third-Party Assistants (Apple HomeKit, Alexa, Google)
If you choose to link third-party voice assistants, voice audio is subject to respective assistant privacy policies. Homeify supports private offline voice processors for clients requiring complete local autonomy with zero cloud dependency.
